經濟部技術處支持的產業技術知識服務計畫（ITIS），持續整合國內主要專業智庫之研究能量，建立各領域產業基礎資訊，即時掌握產業技術/市場動態，提供業界投資、政策研擬、研發方向的參考。針對產業發展之議題研究，以宏觀的視野發掘產業問題，透過策略性思維提供建言。同時更透過產業知識服務共通平台，提供更即時便利、完整的電子化服務，以加速知識的分享與流通，積極協助企業掌握國際趨勢、產業價值鏈脈動，妥善運用全球資源進行投資布局，為下一波成長契機做好充分準備。
