Placing an Order
Sign In/Create a New Account

Placing an order with Bodbooks.com.tw is easy. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We do not accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)

Enter your e-mail address. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) Indicate that you are a new customer. (Do not fill in the password field; you will be asked to provide a password for your account next.) Click the "Sign in" button.

Re-enter your e-mail address, and choose a password for your account so that when you come back to Bodbooks.com.tw in the future, you will be able to use your password to make changes to your order and account information.
‧Passwords are case sensitive. For instance, "PASSWORD" and "password" are two different passwords. When choosing a password, remember the capitalization you use.
‧Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters.
‧It would be the best to avoid passwords that are easy to guess, such as "12345678," or "password". We also suggest that you avoid using your name, e-mail address, or other personal information that is easily obtained.
‧Though it's not a requirement, adding numbers to your password will make it even stronger. For example, the password "lovebook92" is a much stronger password than "lovebook."
‧Guard your password carefully. Remember, anyone who knows your password may access your account.

Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are displayed on nearly every page. You will also find links to browse lists. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from Bodbooks.com.tw, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the at the top of every page of our website.
Payment Method
All orders must be prepaid. When you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. Bodbooks.com.tw accepts Visa, JCB, MasterCard, UnionPay Card as payment for your orders. For credit cards denominated in a supported currency other than Taiwan Dollars (NTD), your bank or credit card company may charge foreign conversion fees.

We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, Smart Cards, or payment from your checking account.
It's easy to print an invoice for any order you have placed with Bodbooks.com.tw.
Simply follow these instructions:
Click the Your Account link at the top of most pages of our store.
Click on the View Orders button
After scrolling to find the order, in the order detail page to click "View Invoice" below the order summary.
Click your browser's Print button to print your invoice.

Bodbooks.com.tw gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

When you place your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and your location. We will officially inform you by e-mail the availability, the shipping and delivery date.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Package Not Received
Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date. If you don't receive the package by then, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered.

If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't have the package:

‧See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.se who may have accepted the delivery.
‧Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
‧Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
‧Click the "Inquire" button on the order detail page in to ask us for shipping details.
Changing or Canceling Orders

If your order has been placed it cannot be modified. If you decide you don't need an item anymore, you can delete your entire order in Your Account ,

If your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Canceling Orders
To cancel an entire order:
1. Click the "View Orders" button in Your Account ,
2. Click the "Cancel" button.

 Note: Orders that have shipped cannot be modified and the "Cancel" button will become invalid.

After submitting the cancelation, you'll see an " Important Messages " screen confirming the cancelation. When you canceled the entire order, we'll send a confirmation message to the e-mail address on your account.
Changing shipping address
If your order hasn't entered the shipping process yet, it's easy to revise shipping information. Visit Your Account , locate the order, and click the "Inquire" button to inform us of a new shipping address.
If an order is marked as "Shipping Soon," it is being prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by you or by our customer service department.
