Terms of Service 1. Terms of acknowledgement and acceptance (1)Showwe Information co., Ltd. (referred to as “we”) provides the Showwe Online Bookstore（http://www.bodbooks.com.tw）service (referred to as “this service”) subject to the Terms of Service. By completing the registration process and/or using this service, members (referred to as “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all contents of the Terms of Service and completely accepted current and future service projects and contents. Showwe Information co., Ltd. reserves the right to revise and change contents of this Terms of Service from time to time. Members registration obligation In consideration of your use of this service, you agree to: ●Provide accurate and latest personal information, and never register as a member in the name of any third person. ●Promptly maintain and update personal information, and assure correctness in for the access to the best service. ●If you submitted any inaccurate, outdated, false or incomplete information, Showwe Information co., Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service without further notice. 3. Showwe Online Bookstore Privacy Policy Members registration data and certain other personal information are protected and restricted by “Private Policy” of this service. 4. Membership Account, Password and Security (1) Members will receive a password and account designation upon completing the membership registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account password. It is assumed that you are using the service in person when accessing our website with your account name and password. Not to save any information that infringes others’ intellectual property rights or is unlawful and prohibited in laws. ●Not to make other users of this service or any third person feel uneasy and displeased. Not to behave inappropriately against Internet courtesy ●Not to engage in other conducts that are inconsistent with the purpose of use provided by this service or other inappropriate behaviors suspected by Showwe Information co., Ltd. with the legitimate reasons. 7. Modification of the service and marketing information notice. (1)You agree that Showwe Information co., Ltd. may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing this service, or any part thereof according to business needs and the actual practices, with or without notice. (2)You agree that we may add, modify and terminate related activities according to the actual practices, and we will notify you in the most appropriate way. (3)You agree that Showwe Information co., Ltd. may from time to time transmit e-paper and EDM to your registered e-mail address After receiving the information, you may also request to stop sending you the relevant marketing messages/information. 8. Termination and Interruption of the service Showwe Information co., Ltd. will maintain normal operation of the system and this service by common technology and reasonable methods. We reserves the right to terminate or interrupt this service without any notices for the following cases : ●Service stoppages due to electronic communication equipment relocation, replacement, upgrades, maintenance, repair or other internal technical issues. ●Service stoppages due to a sudden malfunction of electronic communication equipment. ●Service stoppages due to termination of electronic communication service. ●Service stoppages due to the natural catastrophe or other force majeure circumstances and other causes which are not attributable to us. 9. Transaction (1)When members use this service for transactions, you must confirm the quantity and price of products based on the mechanism that we provide. (2)Members agree that for ordering products by this service, we reserve the right not to take the order or to cancel transactions of products before the transaction is confirmed to be successful by our system. Our system may send the notification of order acceptance upon the completion of ordering, but it is not the notification of confirmation. We will separately notify you afterward whether your transaction is successful or not. If the trading condition, including but not limited to specification, caption and pictures are mistaken, we reserves the right to cancel transactions within two workdays after ordering. (3) By using this service, you agree not to return or exchange the products or cancel orders arbitrarily or involved in business misconduct that may cause any damage to Showwe Online Bookstore. We reserve the rights to cancel any transactions or terminate the membership. Showwe Online Bookstore has the right to cancel or modify any transaction and delivery schedule mainly through email or telephone, mail and fax notice for the following circumstances: (1) Pre-order products (2) To have no stock (3) To have to order from agents or any issue interrupted the good supplies. (4) When using this service for transaction, you may exercise your right in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. If we have the dubious interpretation of the Terms of Service upon transactions of members, the Terms of Service should be interpreted in favor of consumers. 10. Limitation of Liability (1) Functions that this service provides may be at service under current circumstance. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of China and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms of Service, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court of the Republic of China. If the dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of other court in accordance of the laws, it may be according to the laws.
